1. Introduction

Welcome to Vibe by AGITech ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a call or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Vibe provides fixed-price MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development services. Our standard package includes the development of up to two (2) core features, as defined and agreed upon during the scoping phase.

• Timeline: We aim to deliver within 4 weeks, dependent on prompt client feedback and asset provision.
• Deliverables: Production-ready code, deployed application, and documentation.

3. Payments

Our service is a flat-fee engagement of $5,990 USD. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Work commences only after the initial payment or deposit is received as per the agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the agreed fees, you (the Client) retain 100% ownership of the intellectual property (IP) and source code developed for your specific project. We claim no ownership over your unique business logic, data, or designs.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide necessary assets (logos, copy, credentials) and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client response may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Support

We provide a 30-day support window following the deployment of your MVP to fix any bugs or issues related to the agreed-upon scope. New features or changes outside the original scope are billed separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGITech Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
